Being a mentor doesn't mean that you have all of the answers. Sometimes being a mentor means that you're there just to listen to someone. Sometimes being a mentor means that you have to combine efforts to bring someone out of their own personal, spiraling hell. We do it all. There are no limits (well, one, but we will teach you that.)

We help people from the age of 13. We would never ask a teenager to help an adult with adult situations. We will never ask you to help someone that is outside of your comfort zone. We have a management and escalation team that you can refer to.

And yes, even if you came into the room for help, you can still be a mentor.
